Online Booking Policy

Online appointment must be reserved at least 1-2 days in advance to ensure that we're able to accommodate your request at the best. If you wish to schedule any service in less than 24 hours, please call (304) 727 2727 to book our available spots if any. 

Your Safety is Our Priority

Clients with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing the forms prior to receiving your treatments. We reserve the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
 

Rescheduling
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you book your next visit at the conclusion of your last visit. For some reasons you can’t keep up with your appointment, simply call us (304) 727 2727 before 24 hours to reschedule.

Reservations & Cancellation
A major credit card is required to book your reservation. We will remind your appointment via text message and/or call a day and 1 hour in advance. All cancellations without appropriate notice on or before 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the service. NO SHOW appointments are subject to the FULL CHARGE of the service. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of our services for you as well as others.
 

Check In
Please check in at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled service. Late arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.
 

Gratuity
Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happy. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. If your service reached your expectations, you might use 15% to 20% as a benchmark. Please bring cash for gratuity to avoid adding more 3% processing fee.

Gift Cards
Gift Certificate value may be used to purchase products and services. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase (it can’t be looked up) and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. The card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future use. Gift cards are not transferable, and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. Gift cards can be purchased online or in spa.

 

Refunds
There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management. There are no cash/credit back refunds. If Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive an in-house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.

 

Price & Availability Disclaimer
Price in the menu is cash price. A 3% additional charge is applied to all card transactions. CASH payment is not be charged the fee plus helps you earn DOUBLE point reward for future discount.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of an incorrect price or unavailable spot, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept the corrected price, reschedule or cancel the appointment.
